They do not have a gluten free menu, but the waiter was helpful. No dedicated fryer, but you can bring in your own bag of corn chips.

I went here for lunch - there was no dedicated fryer (so no chips for celiacs) but they offered their corn tortillas for dipping in salsa and were really knowledgeable on the topic. They assured me they would be cautious in the kitchen and there was a lot to choose from. This is one of the few Mexican restaurants where I have really felt comfortable eating in the St. Louis area. Very pleased with the entire experience.
