Big Mexican restaurant with classic dishes and lots of corn tortillas. Chips are made in a dedicated fryer. I had fajitas with corn tortillas; they were great and caused no issues. However, waitress didn’t seem to know what I meant about a gluten allergy, and they have a tortilla heating conveyer belt that may cross contaminate with flour ones if they use it for both. I didn’t see it until after so I suggest asking if you’re worried. I’ll be back though
