I have been here a couple times and have never had any problems! They are careful and are knowledgeable about cross contamination. They have a lot of options!

Ever since going gluten free, I’ve had anxiety about eating out. However, I was able to enjoy an AMAZING cauliflower crust pizza without being anxious at Mi Table! The menu has a TON of items that are gluten free, and my waiter was very knowledgeable on how things were prepared. I asked about the sour cream dip and homemade chips, because it was marked gluten free, and he explained the fryer the chips are made in is a shared fryer, so it wasn’t entirely gluten free. Although that made me sad, I was glad he told me because I decided to not order that, therefore not contaminating myself and getting sick. He told the kitchen my Cauliflower crust was because of an allergy to ensure there was no cross contamination, And I didn’t get sick! And might I say, that was THE BEST cauliflower crust pizza I’ve ever had.
I appreciate Mi Table so much for including so many items on the menu for gluten free people like me, and I also appreciate how knowledgeable the staff is on gluten and how it is prepared in the kitchen. It makes it easier (and less scary) for me to eat at a restaurant with my disease, and I’m just so thankful.
I will 100% be back.
(And might I mention, maybe a dedicated gluten free fryer? Or not marking it as gluten free on the menu? Appreciate either way😉)
