This is an all inclusive hotel with day passes. At their two casual spots they have corn tacos and at one, they have bagged chips (other they make them in shared fryer). The waitstaff can walk you through the allergens in the food and they’ll make you special order meals if you ask the chef.

Their fancy restaurant has GF labeled on the menu and the staff understand cross contamination.

Their bar serves mixed drinks (frozen Pina colada’s, etc) free from gluten.
