I called and spoke to the manager, Collin, before going. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He said their menu is set up with allergies in mind and they want to be able to accommodate people. The meat normally has a base with a little gluten bit it’s easy to leave it off. They have 2 dedicated gf fryers. One on the main line and then one in the back just in case. So you can order the fries gf. They also have a gf Mac and cheese, although the pasta is a corn and rice blend. They also have tacos that come with queso and the queso is gf too. Many side dishes are gf- mashed potatoes, potato salad, black eyed peas, green beans...I got a steak with fries. It was very good. Remember to tell them no base seasoning, just salt and pepper on the meat. I will call for the manager when I need to order. The manager took my order and walked me through the menu on what’s gf because unfortunately it’s not labeled.
