Michaels is amazing. Food is delicious, great GF options and a dedicated frier. But their customer service steals the show. So kind and considerate, they go out of their way to make sure you feel safe and happy with your meal. My son and I are both very sensitive and had no issues. Would definitely come here again if we’re in town

They have a clearly marked gluten free menu and many items are available GF. The staff is trained re allergies and the fries came out with a special GF tag. However the buns are cooked on grill right next to gluten free items. Also the buns are on ledge in front of gluten free. It’s a cross contamination nightmare

The new owner’s daughter actually has celiacs so the staff is very well trained as long as you specify gf. They have separate prep space for the grill as well as a separate fryer. Fairly extensive menu with burgers, fries, chicken fingers, hotdogs, etc.

The cashier was not super knowledgeable but the people behind the counter were. I got a salad and celiac-safe fries (you have to specify!). They know their stuff but still ask a lot of questions and make sure your order is marked with the “allergen” so that they cook it separately. I didn’t order anything from the grill but it looked like they would cook it very separately for you if you do.

We had an amazing experience there. My Celiac kiddo was so excited that he could have both a burger AND fries since lost places don't do both. There are a lot of choices on the GF menu. We will definitely be back!

Great gluten free menu! My favorite burger! Dedicated fryers for gf items and they said the staff has been trained on safe food practices for gluten free. Salads are great too, but who gets a salad when you can have a burger.

Found a fry in my salad. I was watching him the whole time and I have no idea how it got in. My only guess is they mix it in a bowl and a fry fell into it? They did give me my money back but I will not be returning.
