We have brought our celiac child here twice and they are amazing at taking precautions. They are knowledgeable about ingredients. They changed their gloves, used a clean scoop and even opened new containers to ensure no cross contamination. Highly recommended.
We have had the dairy free ice cream here in the past and it has been great. Unfortunately this time it was the worst dairy free ice cream I’ve ever had. We all ordered dairy free ice cream and it came out very chunky and icy almost like they had let it defrost and then re-froze it. One good thing they were very cautious when serving the dairy free ice cream. They used a new clean scoop and the ice cream came from a separate container from the walk in cooler.
Staff seemed confused when I asked which flavors are gluten free. They do have an ingredient list for every flavor if needed. I had mint chip and I did not get sick! I am very sensitive to cross contact.
