I had not seen any recent reviews for Michael’s so I contacted them to see if they are familiar with celiacs and understand that in order for me to eat there, I would need for them not to only avoid putting any wheat, wheat products, rye, or barley products in food but that the food would need to be prepared with separate pans and utensils to avoid cross contamination. They said that they are familiar with celiacs and have served many people who have it. They have a separate area for preparing the food, and while she said she cannot guarantee that nothing may fly over in the air, she said most of their menu is naturally gluten free (so it’s not like they are baking bread and there is flour everywhere). I have not eaten there yet, so I will update this after I do. Our reservation is for early January 2022. So far so good.
