When I asked the waitress about gluten free options, she was knowledgeable about celiac disease and CC and about what items would be safe. She went back to the kitchen to inform the chef and then told me that I could pick almost anything on the menu and the chef could alter it or make a substitution to make it gluten free. I ended up getting the garlic butter shrimp with the smashed potatoes instead of the pasta and it was delicious. I’m very sensitive to CC and did not get sick! Very kind and polite staff.
