Review of Michelina's on State

Easily the best GF cauliflower crust out there (and that says a lot bc I am not the biggest fan of cauliflower crusts) owner is gluten sensetive with a niece who has celiac, so her and her staff know what they are doing to ensure a safe environment for those who have sensetivity, celiac, etc. They also offer gluten free pasta.
