All dishes are 100% vegan. It’s the first plant based Ramen Restaurant in Zürich. Circa 50% of there starters, 30% mains and 90% Desserts are 100% gluten-free.

I had a amazing Sushi plate and Kimchi, for mains Miso Ramen & Mushroom Ramen (if you ask the staff - they prepare the tofu gluten-free too) and a non baked Chocolate Tarte.

Simply delicious. And the chefs/ staff are really trained - to avoid cross-contaminations.
