Was told they could not handle gluten free because “everything touches everything in the kitchen.”
— No gluten-free information on the menu
So knowledgeable and get gluten free pastries and pies from a separate kitchen.
Omlettes were amazing!

Good food, quick service! Three people with celiac ate here and had no issues (hash brown casserole, cheese omelette, GF Key Lime Pie, GF scone). Seemed knowledgeable and pastries were marked GF.

Gluten Sensitive Perspective - My partner (not GF) and I were looking for a quick GF friendly spot on our drive down to Key West and popped into Midway on a busy Friday lunch rush. We loved it here! Great lunch options (sandwiches, wraps, and salads) all able to be made GF with their GF bread. Delicious GF pastries and lots of drink options too. Staff was friendly, great indoor/outdoor seating options, and the bathroom was super clean. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Great spot - ate breakfast and went back for lunch the same day. Some GF bakery items (key lime muffin was great). Breakfast skillets and GF bread also available. Friendly and helpful staff, would highly recommend. Oh…coffee was excellent as well, both drip and cold brew.

GF options marked on the menu. Got a smoothie and they mentioned that it is prepared in a separate blender, so it is allergy safe.

Great breakfast! I had the egg skillet with a side of hash brown casserole with toast. All GF and delicious. We ordered GF muffins to go. They were all good - key lime (so good), blueberry, and banana nut. You won’t be disappointed here. They have a full coffee station like a Starbucks. They make smoothies and specialty coffee drinks.

Asked if safe for celiac and they said no. Everything prepared in same area and oven and said they can’t guarantee gluten-free. Definitely disappointed đ
No
GF muffins. They were very knowledgeable about what was GF on the menu. In addition, they were very courteous.
Yes
Great food. I ordered the skillet and gf blueberry muffin. Both were yummy. My husband isn't gluten free and enjoyed the lobster soup and a lemon poppyseed muffin. Cute place, friendly staff.
My partner has serious celiac disease with high sensitivity to contamination, so we eat only at places reviewed here. Although he didn’t eat anything at the cafe, I can confirm they do have GF blueberry muffins. They also have quite a few breakfast/brunch platters labeled gluten free. The muffin was warm and relatively tasty. Coffee was delicious.
Yes
They had the gf muffin but I didn’t get it, got the rice plate which was mediocre but GF! They also have a GF breakfast skillet, bread and some salads. What’s really good here is their coconut milk coffee drinks. TO DIE FOR. Update: had the muffin and it was very delicious and dairy free :)
Love this place! Great food, great staff!! And I heard the gluten-free muffins are coming back, but call ahead.
Very nice people! No more gluten free muffins though.
Great place. They have an egg and rice plate for breakfast, so a great GF choice. They have GF blueberry muffins, but we didn't have these so didn't check how careful the bakers are.
