I ate at this place last year and came back and brought my family. Excellent food! fall off the bone ribs and brisket are my favorite!
I always get the smoked wings since they are not put in the fryer (they also offer ‘crispy wings’ that are fried after being smoked so you have to clarify since fryers are contaminated). Not a ton of options but the wings are good and sauces are gf and I’ve never had a problem eating here. They also always have Wooden Robot on tap which is gluten removed beer, and they always have a cider. I recently sent an email asking about gf sauce options, and received a really nice call from a manager explaining everything I needed to know.

I ordered brisket, which according to their menu says GF, but said no hush puppies because those aren’t GF. The order came out with hush puppies. I explained to them I have celiac and can’t eat it and due to cross contamination they can’t just take the hush puppies off the plate and the entire thing needed to be remade. Unfortunately, I don’t think they did remake it, and I did get sick from the food.
Staff was knowledgeable about gluten.
