We had such a terrific experience here! Great taste, zero issues afterward, and kind, knowledgeable staff. And, we were randomly in line with another celiac! The celiac we ran into in line did a scoop straight from the case onto a gluten free cone (stored in a closed container away from the gluten containing items.). Our celiac was too nervous of cross contamination to do that. The staff got a bin from the freezer that hadn’t been opened yet. They washed hands and used a clean scoop. It tasted amazing and our kiddo was so happy to be able to get a cone. Well done!

Staff are very knowledgeable about coeliac disease, gluten and cross contamination. Clear labelling on the gelato showing which is gluten free and staff happy to answer questions. Gluten free cones available, kept separate from all the other cones. Staff will use a new scoop if you ask them to. And most important of all, the gelato is delicious!

Gluten free cones have been available every time I've been there! Lots of gluten free options, and there is usually a choice of 6 vegan sorbets, orange, lemon, raspberry, blueberry, mango, bubblegum and a chocolate vegan ice-cream. Choices can change daily. Highly recommended very very tasty!

I was very excited that they had 6 dairy free flavors! Tried the pistacio and mango. Really yummy, creamy. I almost didn't believe they were really dairy free. No upset tummy!

They had gf cones on offer when I was there! They don’t always have them, but they were stored separately in a sealed container. The sorbets were so creamy that I didn’t even miss the dairy, and they have an info sheet of which are gluten free (most flavors that don’t contain an obvious biscuit etc element).

Great selection of ice creams, most gluten free (unless they contain biscuits). They always have 4 types for dairy free sorbets available. My husband is very sensitive coeliac and has never had a reaction. Only downside is that they don't have gf cones.
