Eaten here many times and never gotten sick. I am sensitive to cross contact. Staff will change gloves and clean surfaces if you mention having a gluten or wheat allergy. The burgers are great and I love the fries. Ingredients are always fresh and high quality. They have a dedicated fryer and gluten free buns available for the burgers.

We ate at MF this afternoon and my son got sick. We have had good experiences in the past, but I think there was cross contamination.

As we refilling drinks, we saw an employee breading onion rings right next to another employee who was shaping hamburger patties. Onion rings are run through a machine to be dredged in flour and then were plopped on the counter right next to where the burger patties were being shaped (at the same time). I could see the flour in the air and all over the counter. There was definitely cross-contamination of the patties.

First time here. My daughter and I both have Celiac. Girl that took our order very friendly and knowledgeable about cross contamination. Gloves are changed and clean prep area. Fries are in dedicated fryer. Vanilla ice cream is GF. GF buns available for an additional $1. Very tasty burger and fries with no ill side effects.

Both bags labels properly with GF ALLERGY and the allergy sticker.

**My daughter was given (and ate several bites of a gluten bun despite it being written and tagged as a GF order. This is a place I have previously felt safe to visit. I'm generally very understanding but given their level of "expertise" I hold them to a higher standard. They did replace the burger but with hardly an apology. I'm surprised at how it was handled and very disappointed.

**UPDATE I left a similar review on a comment card and left it with the restaurant. The manager called me and apologised profusely as well as informing me that only the chefs and store management are trained in celiac disease and cross contamination. He said he would address this break in communication with his staff and refunded our money. We've since been back and learned you can't just say it's a GF order, you HAVE to clarify its and "allergy" or else they won't change their gloves.

My wife wanted a burger so we decided to give it a try. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The food tasted great. It was nice to sit down and have a great burger without worries.

This was a great experience. Good food, GF fries, and the staff was very confident about handling a celiac customer. The place was remarkably clean with attention to detail. I hope they open one in Dallas. They did put a sticker on the order indicating a food allergy for the kitchen, which also had a legal disclaimer, but my daughter had no issues.

We went here over the last year maybe 6 times. The first 4 none of the 3 of us celiacs got sick. Last time one of us got super sick, and this time all 3 of us did. Something has changed in their handling of gluten allergies and I consider this place no longer celiac safe.
