Identifying allergens is a major part of this restaurant's appeal. Staff is very knowledgeable. There is a huge wall sign indicating which sauces contain which allergens. I was advised that the meats were gluten free. Unsure about the imitation crab, but the staff was willing to look at the packaging for me. Cooking options are to either scrape and clean the main Mongolian cooking drum, or to cook the food in the back in a separate skillet.
