As a Celiac, no cross contamination is a must when eating out. I called Mighty Quinn's before going, and the gal who answered the phone was very knowledgeable of Celiacs and explained their process for ensuring no cross contamination. Tell the "meat slicer" at the front of the order line that you have Celiacs. He'll tell everyone down the line to change gloves and he'll slice the meat with a new knife and on a new piece of butcher paper. All the sides are new and taken from the back. She said she didn't recommend eating anything from the fryer - I appreciated her honesty. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating - and I don't feel sick the day after! Thanks, Quinns!
