Chef Adrian and the servers are wonderful about mixing options to make you a great GF meal. Just tell them that you have celiac (or an allergy) and they will check ingredients and help create a safe meal for you. They do not have a separate GF menu, but they easily make adjustments like leaving the breadcrumbs off my oysters or switching out soups on their pre-set special menu so that I can have all three courses. The food is superb. I have loved every single bite every time. They treat it like an allergy, so they switch gloves and wipe surfaces for prep. No, it is not a GF kitchen, but I've been there twenty times or so and never been glutened.
