Menu clearly lists GF or MGF options which are plentiful. That is unless you want any protein (carne, pollo, carnitas, etc.) on any of those. The server said they get their proteins pre-seasoned from an outside source and cannot guarantee what the ingredients are or cross contamination. Only options for Celiac are salads, cheese enchiladas or something with shrimp (made in house). Oh, and they make their own chips in the same fryer as everything else.
