Review of Miguel's Cocina

Absolutely not gluten free. Says items can be modified and gluten free on the menu and then when you order, steak can't be modified because it's pre-marinaded, seafood can't be modified even though it says it can on the menu. They don't have a separate fryer and can't cook anything separate. After waiting over an hour for food the waiter came and said basically nothing can be modified, and its not safe. Not sure why this place has so many "gluten" free options. Don't try to eat here if you're celiac.
