Fantastic sushi! Just order safely (avoid tempura, eel sauce, etc). If you specify gluten free on a separate menu and let them know to take precautions, the staff will. And they have tamari available. Probably wouldn’t eat here on a busy night or get takeout for risk of cross contamination.
