I’ve gone to get hibachi twice and had different experiences. My first time was great! The chef cooked my meal with gf sauce first and it was completely separate so no issues of cross contamination. The second time the chef kept forgetting and using the same spatula to dish out the food. I recommend this place when it’s not too crowded and the chef has time to slow down.
