One of their top cooks has celiac’s so he and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable. They do what they can to prevent cross-contamination. Obviously they cannot guarantee, but my children have never had issues with the pizza and chicken fingers here.
Our daughter loves the gluten-free pizza. She is celiac and has never had an issue. They also have very good gluten-free chicken tenders. One of their cooks is also celiac and has educated the staff about cross-contamination issues.

Ordered pizza for pickup. The cashier told me the gluten free pizza was on top. Our other pizza was not gluten free. She was wrong and I had taken a bite of the gluten pizza before I realized it. Of course ended up sick. They don’t mark the box so you know which is gluten free. When I called and spoke with the owner he told me the gluten free will have parchment paper. Too bad his employee didn’t know to tell me that. Was not at all open to the idea of actually marking the box. Not sure if I would go back.
In town for a volleyball tournament and found Mike’s had a safe pizza option for my daughter who has celiac. I spoke to the owner and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I believe one of the chefs has celiac. We just got pizza but I saw there was other GF options too! GF Pizza was great!

Mike's GF pizza is the best in the area! It is a hidden gem in alto/caledonia. My wheat-eating husband prefers this gf crust to many non-gf pizzas because it is soft, not too chewy, and tastes delicious. The crust is larger than most gf pizzas, yet he only charges $10. Mike and his staff are so accommodating and knowledgable. I have never gotten sick here. We highly recommend their pizza!
