Amazing tacos, but unfortunately not very safe for celiacs. The staff are mostly high school kids and they don’t know what is in the tacos or how it is prepared. The friers are contaminated, so potatoes are not safe, and lots of the tacos have hidden gluten in sauces (like the birria taco, which has soy sauce). If you stick to corn and basic corn tacos, like ground beef, you should be safe, but if you’re unsure of any sauce, don’t risk it because the staff doesn’t know.
