I ordered a full gluten free pepperoni pizza. Informed them that I have an allergy. After it came out of the oven I confirmed it was gluten free again with the staff. I ate 2 slices and proceeded to spend the afternoon in the bathroom. The pizza was the only things I ate that day. My wife tried a slice and thinks it was a regular pizza and not gluten free. I should have known because it tasted better than gluten free crust and was the size of a regular pizza. They need to educate their staff on gluten free procedures again.
Traveling through for the night and stopped in for the family to eat. I typically do not eat out due to severe Celiac Disease reactions to wheat/gluten and anaphylactic dairy allergy. I asked about their preparation process in the back and was assured everything is prepared separately. They offered to let me see the ingredients labels of the products I was suspicious of, which I really appreciated. I ultimately decided to try a vegan gluten-free cheese pizza because I felt extremely safe. I am almost in tears this morning because I feel amazing and am so grateful to have been able to experience a meal at a restaurant for the first time in a year and a half! Thank you! The pizza was DELICIOUS!
The pizza is SO good. Like the best I’ve had GF. However my third time eating here I got VERY sick and was out cold for the whole weekend. So sad. I did try the location near the convention center and told them what happened. They made me a pizza and I didn’t get sick. The kitchen was also much cleaner.
Their Gluten Free 'za is a seven inch personal pie. You can get it vegan as well. Any toppings!
