Miko - Sushi & Hibachi

So happy with my experience at Miko. The entire staff was knowledgeable about GF. They have GF soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. I got hibachi dish and sushi. Both were announced to be gluten free upon giving it to me. Definitely felt comfortable here.

Felt super safe eating here! Our waiter was very knowledgeable about celiac and made sure to tell the sushi chefs about my allergy. Each time he brought my food to the table he restated that it was GF. There truly is nothing better than reassurance when eating out with celiac, so I highly recommend this place! They also have GF soy sauce & the sushi was excellent.
