I called and notified them that I had a wheat allergy. They told me if I am really worried about cross-contaminantion, they would recommend not eating from the kitchen. Though some foods can be made gluten-free, it sounds like they do not have protocols in place. For the front of house where sushi is prepared, they were able to clean beforehand. When I picked up they informed me they were able to do this cleaning preparation when they are not busy. They do not have tamari available to go. I ordered avocado rolls, salmon rolls, and salmon avocado rolls. They were all delicious.
