Mikuna Grill is a Peruvian restaurant at the base of the ski resort. We needed takeout so we called to find out what the GF options were. Choices were any salad + chicken or shrimp; Arroz con Mariscos; and the elk, lamb, or ribeye entrees. They also said Lomo Saltado was GF, but the menu said it contains soy sauce, which they could not confirm was GF. The food was very good. Arroz con Mariscos was filled with seafood in a lightly spicy sauce. Nice veggies (spinach and onions) topped the ribeye, and the potato was tasty. The Farmers salad was standard but had nice veggies in it. The restaurant nailed our takeout order, even putting the ribeye demiglace on the side like we'd asked. Definitely recommend.
