My waiter was very knowledgeable with the gluten free menu. I ordered gf ginger pork. It was delicious. I completely forgot to take a picture. It came with a salad and white rice. I went for dinner. Will definitely be back.
Get in here! GF clearly marked and server was knowledgeable. Excellent food as well!

I appreciate that they cater to gluten free diners. I do wish they had more interesting options. The gluten free rolls they have are mostly very plain and I prefer ones with more interesting sauces and textures. I will take safety over variety any day though and it's nice to have an option that feels very safe!
I love this restaurant! They are extremely knowledgable about gluten and careful about cross contact. They have a dedicated gf menu, so no guess work on what could/may have gluten. They have gf soy sauce upon request too. I had a lovley experience and will be going back!
Got the gluten free beef teriyaki. It was delicious! I told the server I have Celiac's and he told me they take food allergies and food insensitivities very seriously. It even came out with a "gluten free" flag on it and was separate from the food my family was having. Lots of good options. Didn't get sick.
All good. Gf menu and some items not on the gf menu can be made gf. Gf soy sauce. Wait time was no issue but we came at 4pm.
Delicious and I had several options to choose from on the gluten free menu! I didn’t get sick after and can’t wait to eat here again. It was honestly the best chicken teriyaki I’ve ever had.
Note: Im gluten intolerant, not celiac, so with some GluteGuard, I am typically non-reactive to anything that “should” be gluten free.
I thought it was pretty good!! The options were pretty decent and ranged from bowls to rolls, though the sushi rolls are bit plain especially when you see the gluten rolls. I got the Gluten Free #2, #3, and #4 to share with my partner and I had no negative reaction. We also ordered a Wagyu Steak sashimi that our waiter helped us modify to make gluten free. Very fresh fish though!
I have eaten mostly at the Davis location and once here. I haven’t been sick at any of them and I am super sensitive.
They're a legitimate option in terms of gluten free safety, but service, quality, reliability, and wait times have gotten much worse over the last year or so. Consider yourselves warned.
Dedicated GF menu with lots of options and the staff is knowledgeable.
First and most important, every interaction I have had in person with their staff has been excellent and they have taken the celiacs thing really seriously and professionally. The food is excellent, the place is always packed and the depth of flavor is always always amazing! I have eaten here 4 times in 1 month and I have not gotten sick at all. Highly recommended.
I walked in to order takeout. The two ladies handling orders were very kind and brought the chef over to answer my questions. He explained how they manage all food allergens with separate areas and cleaning equipment. My food and receipt were marked GF. The Da Vinci roll sort of tastes like pizza, yum!
Very popular spot and long wait. Food was great, GF menu and knowledgeable staff. Food came with a GF marker and staff announcing it as GF. Clean and safe. Recommended!
I have multiple allergies including soy which is hard to deal with at a sushi restaurant. They are very aware of all allergens and were overly accommodating. Safe and absolutely fantastic!
I have eaten at Mikuni for years at different locations and have never had a problem. They have a separate gluten free menu. Sushi is fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!
Our waitress new exactly what celiacs disease was and was sensitive, not “put out” by my questions and made sure every detail of our meal was safe for me. They have a dedicated gluten free me u and preparation station. I waited a day to post this review so I could say I absolutely did not get glutened even with my extreme sensitivity. I 100% recommended and say feel comfortable communicating your needs without fear of the “Huh?”😊
Ask them for their GF soy sauce and GF teriyaki sauce. They make the rolls in a separate location, and come out with a wooden stick on it labeled GF. More of their menu could be made GF. It feels a bit limited, but safe.
Separate GF menu. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and careful with your food. My one complaint would be that having eaten here often before my Dx, the GF menu is extremely limited and boring compared to the main menu. Seems like it would be too hard to make some of the other options GF with some slight modifications.
They have a dedicated gluten free menu, including sauces and very knowledgeable staff. The food tasted excellent and I ate here three times in the couples days I was visiting. Best sushi I’ve had and totally gluten free!
My server brought me a separate gluten free menu and was very accommodating. I felt safe eating the food. My rolls even came out with a little wooden gluten free flag. I would definitely go back.

eaten here several times and also at both roseville locations. these guys take allergies very seriously, have gluten free soy sauce as well and a dedicated GF menu. Unfortunately most of the GF prepared sauces have corn starch so i have to skip those. never gotten sick here. wish restaurants would stop putting corn in everything though.
My gluten free dinner was so delicious! An entire GF menu with great service and they were so awesome with my three year old on top of it all! I can't wait to go back!
I am very sensitive Celiac and I had no issues here! Staff was very good about keeping everything separate. The GF sushi rolls were the best I have ever had! They even put a little toothpick that said gluten free in our sushi to make sure it was safe! Will be back here very soon!
My husband is a very sensitive celiac. We eat here at lest once sometimes twice a week and know that the staff and managers have him completely taken care of. It's so nice to actually have a place to go where I am confident he can eat what he wants off of their awesome GF menu and walk away happy and not sick!
They have a gluten free menu! Unfortunately no party platters that you can make gluten free (suggestion)
Ordered the GF teriyaki chicken and a GF sushi roll! Both were so delicious and came with GF marker sticks which was so comforting. The chicken was enough for two meals for me and for my first time trying sushi ever, I thought my roll was awesome.
ordered the GF chicken teriyaki and it tasted like regular teriyaki sauce! it was delicious!! they add a little stick in the food that says gluten free on it. I didn't get sick and I look forward to returning the next time I'm in the area.
the gluten free menu is awesome! i had to order double because everyone wanted my food! try the pepperfin! YUM!

in The Fountains Roseville CA. Excellent food. As noted by others, GF items are staked with a tag when delivered to table. A full page of GF items. Will go there again when we are in town.
My family member got poisoned here with gluten and the staff didn’t care. She tried to talk to a manager and got no response or call back. Eat here at your own risk. It’s really sad too because my family member loved eating here until it happened
Happy that mikuni takes gluten free serious. Dedicated menu, dedicated area in kitchen, they take good precaution, but obviously still tell them you have an allergy or have celiac. one of the few places in Sacramento I do not have to worry while dining out.
Great food. Waiter made sure to double check if my custom sushi was okay and indeed gluten free without ingredients being cross contaminated. Enjoyed my sush. Would go back.
