My son is newly diagnosed as celiac (3 mo's ago). In this time, he once accidentally ate gluten which resulted in a headache and stomach ache. At Milano's, he ate all but one slice of the pizza and had no reaction. Based on the other review below, please note this was a cheese pizza only. We ordered it as carryout. I didn't see see the preparation area so I don't know how how much care is put into avoiding cross-contamination. All I know is that they cook it separately in separate pans. Given that he ate so much of the pizza and had no reaction, I'm giving it 5 stars.

I ordered a gf pizza. I ate 1/2 of the pizza before my waiter told me that he had served me a regular crust pizza. I will not eat here again.
No
So they have a gf crust but they say that all of their meat toppings have gluten in them. What a bummer.

Great service- waitress was knowledgeable! Pizza was very good- salad too!

There aren’t that many gluten-free options on the menu. I am highly symptomatic and have not had issues since they changed to their current gluten-free crust. However, they told me that they do not have a designated GF cooking space and staff are not always knowledgeable/careful about cross-contamination.

Gluten free pizza and gluten free baked sub sandwiches! Eaten here MANY times over the years and always have an excellent experience with no reactions. One of my favorites.

Food is very good. I was told that the gf pizzas are made in a separate area. The old gf crusts tasted better; now they use cauliflower but they’re fine. I’ve never had a problem after dozens of pizzas. Pricey.

Really good gluten free pizza. I’ve eaten here a couple times and I have never gotten sick. No separate gluten free menu, but staff seems knowledgeable
