Servers were very knowledgeable and helpful. The restaurant also offers gluten friendly items that are not designated as such on the menu. The Cold Cobb Salad (with Seafood) and Mediterranean Chicken were GF and excellent!

Server immediately understood « celiac » and ensured that the order would be prepared separately and safely.

They were attentive and knowledgeable about celiac and gluten. I didn’t get sick. I don’t eat meat so they made me a portobello mushroom burger (without the burger) gave me avocados and Brie cheese it was delicious. The veggy burger had gluten so this was the substitute. I highly recommend.

Loved it- they all have good knowledge about celiac and cross contamination.

Don’t be put off by the small amount of GF on the menu. Our waiter was fabulous. He knew exactly what was GF and what wasn’t. Specifically asked if we were dealing with a coeliac or not. Tailored the menu perfectly for our 7 yo, who had a delicious GF burger and mashed potatoes.

Absolutely love their torte! One of the best gluten free desserts

Staff aware of gf and cooks make effort to accommodate by adapting the menu. Real tasty.

Absolutely fabulous place we ended up at for dinner & our waiter was fantastic! We happened upon them S the Find Me GF app. They were so meticulous but also fun loving w having children in the later hours due to travel. Fantastic food, I had The Mediterranean Chicken, & it was nice to get a nice portion!

Most delicious burger and the beat buns I have ever eaten. The server was very contentious and even found the name of the bun for me. Unfortunately Rich's only sells to restaurants. Would definitely go back only wish they had a designated fryer so we could enjoy their naturally gluten free fries 😏

The portabella mushroom was incredible. Service excellent. Very enjoyable experience.

Had the California salad with salmon. Salad was tasty, dressing was excellent but the salmon was the best part by far. Chocolate torte for dessert was delicious. About 6-7 GF options on the menu. Server was very knowledgable about the allergy.

They have identified some gluten free options in their regular menu, in a separate section called "gluten free favourites" but fail to identify foods that are already naturally gluten free as options. I've had the brown rice pasta and Mediterranean chicken. They were good. I didn't find the server very attentive to my gluten issues.

Very limited options. Disappointing from a big chain.

Very easy experience I had here. The waitress immediately understood Celiac and even before I finished asking if the chicken could be pan-fried (as grill usually has gluten on it) she was nodding and saying that there are gluten items on the grill so she recommends pan-frying.

Doesn't look like much is on the menu is GF but tell the server and they can walk you through the menu. Our server happened to also be celiac. She said she will eat at any milestones as they have strict policies across the board. I.e. Server must wash hands to bring out celiac plate, and can only touch that plate. Then they will have other servers bring out the other plates or they will make additional trips. Must get manager and kitchen approval before placing the GF order in the system to ensure they can make it safely. Very careful about cross contamination and kitchen will wash hands, change aprons, etc. No dedicated fryer at our location. Caesar salad has worchestershire in the dressing, so not GF. Great service, very strict. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience! I ordered the Cobb salad and requested modifications to make it gluten free. I was asked if I had celiac disease or an intolerance and I noted that I had celiac disease. Our server made a note for the kitchen regarding this. This was a pleasant surprise as sometimes noting celiac disease leads to the “no guarantees” message but Milestones took this note happily. Excellent food and service.

Initially it does not look like a lot of GF options on the menu. But, after talking to the servers the kitchen can adapt a lot of the meals. I have eaten here many times and have not gotten sick. Just make sure you mention celiac if you are. Manager will bring out GF meal for you if you have allergies.
