Got takeout today (2/3/24) and made sure to mention my wheat allergy in the order notes. I got pineapple pizza made on the certified gluten free crust they buy—their website notes that the cauliflower crust isn’t safe for celiacs. I liked that they had the cross contamination warning on the box. It was good pizza but felt a little overcooked because the crust was a bit hard to chew and take bites out of. Next time I’ll try asking for it lightly cooked.
