Great ice cream! Items that I would have thought would be GF we’re not but they clearly mark their menu to make it easy.

Most flavors were gf, and those options were marked. The staff person knew about celiac when I said it, and offered to get a fresh scoop. I think if you were concerned about it they would scoop from a fresh container, but that didn’t seem to be an automatic part of their procedure. It seemed that the other staff person there was new, as the staff person mentioned to them if someone came in with celiac or another severe allergy, they should get a fresh scoop and otherwise accommodate their request.

A nice option for folks who are gluten free and dairy free. Their flavors are unique and delicious. Some staff is knowledgeable, others might struggle a bit but will do what they can to give good services.

I went in with high expectations (I love ice cream!) and came out satisfied, in a different way. Their gluten-free ice cream was all labeled (best I’ve ever seen) though when I told the counter about my celiac disease, one of the workers told me their ice cream is all spun in the same vat, though washed out between batches. When I asked about a new container or even just a new scoop, he then proceeded to tell me that “scooping out of a new tub is really hard on the workers’ wrists.” This caught me off guard because the flavors were labeled so nicely and I AM THE CUSTOMER. The other worker was nicer, telling me to maybe check out the display case of pints for more success and only after doing this did I realize they were selling ice cream sandwiches with gluten free cookies!! Win!!! The workers need to be better about allergies and contamination though because I’m paying to be there, and I already feel bad asking for extra accommodations.

About half the flavors were clearly marked gluten free on the menu. There were also several flavors listed as vegan, along with a flag for flavors with nuts. The ice cream itself was phenomenal.
