Ok. You pick from several GF (marked) icecream flavor/bases (vegan almond, mango dole whip, sweet cream, chocolate, orange dole whip, just not the cake batter one), then add some toppings (cherries, caramel, heath bar, Reeces butter cup, chocolate syrup, a bunch of other GF ones, they aren’t marked GF, you have to know) then they pour that in a metal bowl and pour/mix liquid nitrogen with it to make Icecream, then they give it back in the same cup, then you hit it again with more GF toppings. Most Icecream flavors/bases are GF. Fun place. Not cheap.
