Spent the night in Jefferson and our hosts recommended that Mill Pond Inn for dinner. Their menu changes weekly and the previous week’s menu had menu gluten free options. I called to inquire, left a message which was immediately returned. They have a dedicated fryer and take all food allergies/intolerances seriously. I ordered the French cut chicken with zucchini and potatoes as well as truffle fries because you have to when there’s a dedicated fryer, amiright?!?! Delish dinner! I am also egg and dairy free and the chef was happy to make my chicken dairy free.
