The food is delicious, but I got badly glutened here last time I went. So sad because there are hardly any safe places in salt lake for brunch.

Had the gluten free blueberry pancake, hashbrowns and bacon but maybe they gave me the wrong pancake because I definitely got sick unfortunately. I had been once before and was fine but the second time not okay.

Really good options! I had the CA Benedict with hash browns instead of an English muffin, and a gluten free pancake which was delicious. Sounds like some prefer the GF over the regular pancake.

The tastiest gluten-free chocolate chip pancakes I’ve ever had… and that’s saying something! Double check with wait staff about cooking procedures to see if it meets your safety level.

I’m a celiac & we eat here often. I have never gotten sick. The food is great & the service is fantastic! We are remembered by name & by our order every time we come. My favorite is the savory quinoa bowl & a gf pancake. I would recommend this place to anyone, celiac or not.

Chef is a celiac!!! It doesn’t get safer than that! Quinoa breakfast bowl with veggies and egg is delicious and safe!! I had without pesto due to nut and dairy allergies. So good, we ate here 2 consecutive days!

The manager was very helpful he told us the only have one flat top so for me being very severe Celiac he recommended the omelette instead because they are cooked separately in a clean pan. It was wonderful! I had a side of cottage cheese and fresh fruit and it was all great. Lovely place, fun atmosphere, we would definitely come back!

I love mill creek cafe ! It has been a favorite of mine for quite some time. Their gluten free pancakes are Divine. I am celiac, more sensitive than my sister but not quite as sensitive as others. Service here is great and super friendly

The pancake was so so good! Eggs were great. Fast and easy! BF says chocolate milk is 10/10, chicken fried steak was bomb

Gf pancakes and waffles! I get gf chocolate chip pancakes and they are one of the best gf ones I’ve found! They also have a lot of options for gluten free food and are really knowledgeable about it.

I had an omelette and a gf pancake. They were good and I didn’t get sick but it was nothing extraordinary. If I lived close I might go back but I don’t so I probably won’t go back.

I had an omelette with a GF pancake on the side. It was chewy and and warm, really delicious. The menu isn’t marked GF, but when I asked she said the have GF waffles and GF pancakes. They just have table syrup and packaged jam, which was surprising because this is in the Millcreek area, which is a nice area of town.

The server was indifferent to my request for gluten free options, and while taking the order I had to repeat it with emphasis. The response was disappointing, "We really don't have gluten-free options, just pancakes and waffles. We maybe can try to make something else gluten-free." I don't think they will pay much attention to cross-contamination issues.

So I go to the Las Vegas Eggworks on Sunset and Eastern. Ive never gotten sick there and Im diagnosed Celiac. Chris the manager is awesome if you need anything and I dont even have to ask for GF menu - I find the normal menu is clearly marked as to whats in the dish, so I usually have an omelette or skillet, easy on the cheese and no bread or muffin. If in doubt just ask. However I cant say for the standard of other Egg Works but I haven't been disappointed yet. For more info look up @theGFhub on Social Media.

Great gf pancakes!!! Seriously the best I have ever had. I crave this place constantly and never get sick! Gf pancakes are not on the menu but are real life, you just have to request them.

Delicious! The pancakes are tasty! And all their regular breakfast foods are good too. I've never had any contamination problems. We eat here once a month.

I recently ate here and the pancakes were so good I got scared they weren't Gf. I made my husband taste them and he couldn't tell either which scared me even worse, the waitress assured us they were GF and I didn't get sick. It is delicious!

They do have gluten free pancakes and they are wonderful! They aren't on the menu so you just have to request them. Oh, and the coffee is really good! They know what they're doing!

The restaurant itself has yummy food. The gluten free pancakes/waffles are delicious, however they are not cooked on a separate surface- you will not be able to avoid cross contamination.

GF pancakes were amazing! I literally asked the server if they were really gluten free. The "millcreek mound" was really good too. hasbrowns cheese sausage bacon ham and 2 eggs all stacked together. just tell the server to forget the toast. I am a happy customer
