On safety—We have allergy buttons and proper protocols such as changing gloves and utensils are changed as an extra precaution. There is a dedicated toaster for toasts as well as a dedicated cutting board.

They had so many options! The GF was wrapped separate from other items. Coffee cakes and flatbreads and sourdough bread.
