Mille Pâtes

We had a really good experience at Milles Pâtes. The service was friendly and the server was familiar with gluten free. However, when she showed us the daily board special she reviewed everything even though most items had gluten. We reminded her and she concentrated on what we could have. I am also intolerant to dairy so she took that into consideration as well. We had the amatriciana and bolognese sauces with the gluten free spaghetti. The pasta was cooked perfectly and was so fresh. The sauces were absolutely delicious. We didn’t have appetizers or dessert bc there weren’t many gf/ df options but the pasta was worth it. It is a small place so you need reservations and they were already out of some daily specials at 6pm. Overall very good and a nice treat to have fresh homemade gf pasta.

My daughter ate here without any issues. GF pasta dish and they said it’s made in separate equipment and boiled in it’s own water.

J'ai hésité avant d'écrire ceci puisque je suis allé plusieurs fois chez Mille Pâtes et j'ai toujours eu une bonne expérience, sauf la dernière fois. Toutes les fois j'ai pris des pâtes sans gluten maison, j'en ai même acheté à plusieurs reprises pour faire à la maison. Par contre, la dernière fois mon assiette a été contaminée. Je ne crois pas avoir été aussi malade depuis mon diagnostic, j'ai passé deux journées sans être capable de faire quoi que ce soit. Étant donné la réaction violente, je suspecte même avoir mangé soit des pâtes avec gluten ou une sérieuse contamination. Ma conjointe a averti le propriétaire le lendemain puisque nous croyons que c'est une bonne pratique mais celui-ci est devenu très défensif, malgré qu'il m'ait mis en confiance les fois précédentes. La cuisine n'est évidemment pas complètement sans gluten donc soyez conscient du risque.

Delicious homemade gluten free pasta; absolutely celiac safe. Arrabiatta with shrimp was perfect. Charming atmosphere and great service. The owner squeezed us in when solidly booked to allow our family with celiac the joy of experiencing his fresh pasta during our short visit to Tremblant, as we had dreamed of doing. The bonus was delightful live music on the terrace. Merci mille fois, Mille-pates!

We visited Tremblant and were somewhat nervous about finding Gluten free options for our two teenage sons with Celiac. This was a great find!!! Homemade Gluten Free Pasta!!!! And it was wonderful. The staff was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable about the meal.

Amazing lunch! Probably the best meal in 2.5 yrs since my diagnosis. All of the pasta dishes can be made GF (with house-made, corn-free GF pasta). The food was really tasty, the patio was lovely on a really hot day, our server was knowledgeable about GF needs, and it wasn’t terribly expensive. Next time I’m in the area, this place will be my first stop!
