Review of Millstone Pizza Company & Brewery

These guys are great. The staff receives special training specifically on GF prep. I have had their salads and pizza often. So good! I had the Thai pizza which in most places would say GF and then the sauce would get me. This group makes sure ALL ingredients are safe. I asked about the bbq sauce once and he didn't even have to look. He knew the brand and that is was safe right off. Love this place and their devotion to GF safety.

Update, the new brand of bbq sauce has flour in it. Staff was very knowledgeable though, and came to tell me and see my preference. If celiac, you have to tell them or they treat it as an intolerance. If celiac, they have a special button that creates a different kitchen procedure to ensure safe handling and no cross contamination.
