All the toppings were gluten free! The shop was incredibly clean and so cute. We met the owner & he answered all my questions with enthusiasm. His wife is gluten free! There was a new girl working and she told me the waffle cones were gluten free and proceeded to put a piece in my daughter's gelato. We didn't let her eat it. ;) She was corrected by the owner.
