Miltomates - Mexican Food & Catering

I didn't end up ordering food, 3 of the 6 things on the menu have flour tortillas and the kitchen doesn't have much space. I just didn't feel confident in their avoidance of cross contamination. The kitchen is open behind the counter, when I looked in I could see burritos made from flour tortillas filling the flat top as well as other things being made on the shared flat top. Not really sure why someone would call it dedicated gluten free as it obviously is not.
