They thoroughly understand the importance of gluten free food. They told us they have gluten free prep areas and use separate water and strainers for pasta. Plus the pasta was REALLY GOOD. I don’t even remember the last time I had pasta in a restaurant! Pizza was good too, the sauce is unique and delicious!
Also our server Talia was marvelous. Super kind, attentive, and accommodating.
11/10 would go out of my way to go here again.

Really good food! Gluten free pasta was extremely good. All separate prep and very conscious of cross contamination. Will be back.
We love Milton's! They have always been very accommodating with our food sensitivities and we have never been sick after eating here. It is our go to local restaurant.
got their gluten free chicken penne with Alfredo sauce. Yum! My daughter got 11 inch pizza with extra cheese. My daughter liked it. wasnt my favorite, but not bad. The salad bar has a lot of gluten free topping but worry about cross contamination. staff was cool, and gave daughter cheese from fridge to ensure cheese not mixed with other salad bar "droppings". Their gluten free menu even offers dessert and appetizer options.
For $2 more than regular buffet, you can get the gluten free buffet. They will make your pizza and pasta to order.

Great gluten free pizza, pasta, salads. Pricey ($19 for a 11 inch thin!!) but delicious "Miltons' special pizza. All the way except one type of sausage that is not GF. I don't get the salad bar any more due to probability of cross contamination, but used to love it! Great family place for both gf and non gf eaters.
The gluten free pizza here is to die for! Didn't make me feel sick or anything, I highly recommend!
My celiac daughter absolutely devours their pizza... but I personally am in love with their pasta. SOOO good... All staff is very aware of celiac and the importance of preventing cross contamination.

Our fave hometown restaurant. I believe the owner once told me that one of their family members is celiac...so they "get" it! Best GF pizza around and most pasta dishes can be made with GF pasta. We go there so much they hug us when we come in and share the latest pics of the kids. Nice salad bar. But avoid the lunch buffet though....most items have gluten including the entire dessert table. But we love the place!
Best GF pizza I've had yet!
They have a very good GF pizza(and topping choices) and their linguine dish (Sophia) is also very flavorful. I believe other items on their menu can be prepared GF.
