Asymptomatic Celiac

One of my girlfriends is coeliac and had beautiful glutenfrei french toast with bacon and maple syrup. There was no separate gluten free menu, and the menu didn’t specify if they had gluten free options but upon asking the server, they outlined the glutenfrei options. They have a daily gluten free speciality cake, which changes every day which is so exciting no?
