Na een positieve review gelezen te hebben op het FB coeliakie forum tijdens onze vakantie gegeten bij Mimmo in Noordwijk. Er zou glutenvrije pizza en pasta zijn maar helaas alleen pizza. Nu vind ik dat ook heerlijk dus dat besteld. Helaas geen bodem van vers deeg, maar een voorgevormde bodem, aanzienlijk kleiner dan de reguliere pizza's, beetje taai en randen erg hard, ook nog duurder dan de reguliere pizza's. Daarbij nu ontzettende buikpijn en een opgezette glutenbuik. Enorme tegenvaller dus ☹
