Four stars b/c there is no GF menu. But wow! Be advised the majority of menu items are already prepared sans gluten containing ingredients. Lindsey, our server, was so knowledgeable about the menu. She provided several recommendations and service that is second to none. And get this: the chef is willing to modify any dish upon request; where appropriate. I ordered the braised ribs which typically gets served with noodles. The chef substituted mashed potatoes, at my request. This was clearly the best meal I've eaten all week. A definite do over!
