Was very excited to see the GF options available, and the waitress was super nice and made sure to say “severe gluten allergy” so the kitchen would clean the griddle before making my food. Food was yummy and delicious (GF buttermilk pancakes and bacon), however I ended up in the bathroom with cross contamination symptoms before even leaving the restaurant. Pretty disappointed, but will probably be back to try again another time because they had so many GF options. Celiacs beware!
**Editing to add that it became a prolonged flare up into the next day. Would not recommend!

Had a lot of options and had a good full meal. Brussel sprouts were amazing and the waitress was knowledgeable. Ordered the pasta but it wasn’t fully cooked or very filling, but overall a good experience.

They have gluten free options. I told the server about my intolerance and she knew about cross contamination and offered me options for any food that may have that (especially with the fryer). I ordered GF Eggs Benedict. It had GF bread instead of the English muffin. Was delicious, I’ll update if I have any negative reactions.

Literally DO NOT go here. I had a problem with my meal and had to talk to a manager about it, the manager literally talked down to me in front of my whole group & put me in tears. She made me feel so stupid for asking questions regarding their gluten free food & told basically none of it is actually GF because they cook everything on one single griddle. I’ve never experienced worst customer service in my life!

Staff seemed knowledgeable about gluten free and celiac, but my boyfriend got sick as soon as he got home. Everything he ordered should have been gluten free, so I’m assuming there was cross contamination. I do not recommend this restaurant if you have celiac disease.

If you have food allergies or sensitivities, DO! NOT! COME! HERE! My wife & I call ahead to places before we go. Mostly because we have allergies to gluten, soy and corn. We called ahead and got a few answers but the person on the phone sounded like we were bothering them and just told us to come in we will be fine. Upon arrival it became evident we would not be fine. After asking lots of questions, reviewing the menu discussing that we can’t have soy and even showing them what soy does to me and telling them soy will make me internally bleed they still came back and told me what I ordered was going to be prepared in soy and is that O. K. By this point I was frustrated and DID NOT FEEL SAFE. So I canceled my order and watched other people eat breakfast until I left. If the woman on the phone would have been honest and stopped for one second I wouldn’t have wasted my time going to an establishment that has zero regard for people who have food challenges. Terrible experience. I am traveling and I am going to have to skip breakfast this morning. Thanks Mi.Mosa. This is definitely a memorable experience I never want to relive.

Stopped on our way through town for brunch and it was awesome. The server knew about cross contamination and made sure the kitchen was aware. Great experience and yummy food.

One of my favorite gf breakfast places in the area. Has gluten free options listed on menu. The Eggs Benedict is my favorite. Also have pancakes and French toast. I haven't tried dinner here, but will soon!
