Today I ate lunch for the first time ever at the Back Lot. The Mim’s food truck staff were the only vendors who knew GF protocol, and they were very pleasant about it all. The pizza place bakes the GF pizzas in the same oven as the non-GF, and the Happy Taco only prepares GF orders on an uncontaminated surface if they ‘aren’t busy’.
