Minced Meal Prep

Saw this place on here and went by to check it out. I got their spicy chicken meatballs and a dill pickle chicken salad. They were both delicious and I’m very excited to go back and try more. They have multiple pasta salads which you don’t find GF many places which is nice. They have a nice assortment of meal prep items like bulk proteins and sides which is great for people on the go. They have a bunch of packaged food that looked to all be GF as well.

Overall I’m very excited for a new lunch spot when I’m in the area! They also have a rewards program so I’m excited to see what I earn.

This place is a dream for those with celiac disease. Everything they carry is gluten free and the staff and both of the lady owners are really sweet and knowledgeable. They have 2 locations and I hit them both regularly!

GF kitchen! Wonderful meals rotate weekly AND they do custom meals as well.

This place is WOW!! Both my daughter and I have gluten sensitivities and I can't believe I didn't know about this place until a few weeks ago. The owner, Kels is amazing. I was in one time before and when I walked in with my daughter yesterday, she remembered both of our names. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It's hard to find places to eat that are gluten free, let alone places that have great food. They have meals, snacks, gluten-free Muffins (my personal favorite is the banana muffins), smoothies and a couple different lemonades to choose from. Thank you Kels and all the ladies of Minced Meal Prep for helping families like mine.

Top notch fresh homemade food on the go. Take and heat single and family size meals. Already prepped healhy snack boxes, which are great for kids. Tumeric shots to help with inflammation. Smoothies and juiced items too. Paleo, veggie, Keto, gluten-free, other allergen-free. YUMMY food!
