Excellent GF/vegan take away. Today’s hot entree was a killer taco plate. (You wouldn’t know it was vegan.) Also had a scrumptious “hostess” chocolate cupcake. I spoke with the owner/chef who is very attentive with allergies and super-thoughtful about how to make delicious plant-based food, even for skeptics. No seating. Lots of cold deli takeaway options plus a couple daily hot plates and sweets.

The staff is so friendly and the baked goods are mouthwateringly delicious! I am so sad that I live so far away, because this place would be in my weekly rotation if I was closer. Highly recommend the brownie with cookie in it and the Christmas tree cakes!

Cute place. We arrived not long after they opened on a Tuesday and they had a wonderful selection of baked goods on display. Everything looked fresh and yummy. Service was friendly.

Gluten free & vegan! We've been here multiple times and had excellent food. Loved the Swiss roll, chocolate berry cake, raspberry chocolate cupcakes, Buffalo dip, & more! Highly recommend.

This place 100% gluten-free and I did not experience any reaction but…. Quality and taste for the price are what will prevent me from returning. Everything was a bit on the pricey side, even for gluten-free places. I ordered a blueberry muffin and a cinnamon bagel. I consumed the muffin immediately after purchase while enjoying a cup of coffee with friends on one of their outside tables. The muffin had a grainy, crumbly texture and left a strong chemical-like aftertaste, similar to what one would expect from artificial sweeteners. I stored the bagel as the employee recommended and attempted to have it for breakfast the following morning. The bagel was rock hard, making it almost impossible to slice in two. I attempted to try it….the hardness of it and the heaviness made it pretty much inedible. But, what taste I did get, was very similar to the muffin the previous day and very chemical-like. Makes me sad, I was really excited to have a local place that offered gluten-free baked goods, guess I’ll continue driving to bigger cities when the need arises.

Was so happy to find this place! EVERYTHING VEGAN AND GLUTEN FREE! Owner is celiac and knows her stuff. Had “meatloaf” and potatoes, BBQ tofu, and deviled potatoes. Also got an assortment of cupcakes. Everything was delicious!

I had the best experience today here. I asked if all of the desserts were gf just for clarification, and the worker was very kind and assured me there was no risk of cross contamination. After I checked out, the worker gave me a free, hot, fresh donut in a napkin to take with me “since it’s my first time” I left with a huge smile on my face and then cried in my car because it was such a sweet, kind gesture. The donut was sugary and soft! I also got a jelly filled which I haven’t been able to find anywhere else! They had a cute outdoor seating area as well.

Mindful table is a complete treasure for the area. Being celiac and having children with gluten issues it's a rare occasion we can just let the kids going into a place and having a pick of anything other than the one GF option places usually have. The owner is the sweetest person and was so wonderfully attentive to me and my family. We are only in town visiting family but we will be back again and again (and again!) Before we leave town.
The buffalo chicken dip is heavenly and the swiss rolls are like a blast from the past! The dunkaroos are such a fun treat for the kids and the cupcakes are beautiful (and delicious!).
Next time we plan to try their hot lunch menu item as well and some of the take home options (which are so appreciated as a celiac person because convenience foods are not always delicious or easily accessible and safe!).
My only regret is that I'm not in town longer to get to make this a regular stop for my family!

The food is ALL vegan. They serve one meal option a day. Today it was tomato soup and tacos. Which we were not in the mood for. There website is misleading. The staff, one girl at the counter, said they have one hot meal option that changes every two days. No sandwiches. We bought a 4oz buffalo chicken dip (artichokes are substituted for the chicken ) and a 4oz fiesta dip, plus 6 muffins. That’s $35. They had maybe 4 pre-cooked meals that were cold and you could take them with you and heat them at home. There is NO dine-in option. There is a second location, maybe it has more. https://www.atthemindfultable.com/hot-deli = that’s the online menu I was looking at, so it was disappointing for my expectations.

Hello, your review is very misleading. We serve more than one meal option a day.... you even said tomato soup and taco in the next sentence. Our website is not misleading. We have our menu on our website, each location has their own menu tab that you can see what we have on our menu "live". I'm sorry you don't appreciate our menu, but we take pride in our rotating menu of 2-5 hot menu items, 5-8 cold deli items, and at least 10 different bakery items. Yes, we are ALL vegan because we care about other food allergies, plus 100% gluten free. While we appreciate your feedback, we don't appreciate lies about our menu & we are sorry we don't revolve our menu around what you are in the mood for on a random day. From, The Owner

Everything here is amazing. The staff is super friendly. It’s dedicated gluten free and vegan. The owner Kele is the kindest soul. My favorite is pretty much everything she makes. They have baked goods, do custom orders, a cold and hot deli. If you follow them on social media you’ll see all the post of their daily food she had in the hot section. So yummy

Baked goods are delicious. The best in town. It’s very rare to find good tasting gluten free baked products. Owner was very nice and have a good understanding of what it means to be gluten free. My husband (non celiac) and I had the pumpkin cupcake. We were both amazed at how good it tasted. We will definitely go there again.

This is an amazing find! It is take out only, but who cares this is awesome! Everything tastes sooo good!!! Gluten free, dairy free heaven! I also have a peanut and shellfish allergy and the owner was so helpful and accomidating! Must go!

Just discovered this place. Spoke with the owner who understands being strict GF and vegan. As a celiac, places like this are a lifeline. Tried some cold deli items which were excellent. Really looking forward to my special GF Thanksgiving order!
