This place is not safe if you have celiac. I used to eat here before I got diagnosed, since it’s convenient to where I work. After being diagnosed with celiac, I asked about the safety for someone with celiac and was told that they do have gluten free bread, but they can’t guarantee that bread crumbs haven’t cross contacted all the other ingredients (which are also used for salads). She said that some of the cold salad items in the refrigerated case were gluten free, but I don’t trust that there is no cross contact given the small space. If you’re only gluten intolerant, you can probably eat here, but I would avoid if you have celiac.

Amazing staff. Very knowledgeable. They take extra precautions for gluten allergies. Glove changes.

The staff are extremely careful to avoid contamination and many of the meats are roasted in house so you know they are safe - all of that on top of the fact the food is delicious!

Wonderful sandwiches! Very aware of preventing cross contamination as well
You can't claim no cross contamination on here and then tell a customer who comes in to order, "While we offer gf bread, we can't recommend it if you have celiac." It is rude to give false hope to people who so rarely have options. STOP.
No
I think it's pretty awesome, but of course I own it! We carry gluten free bread and will happily make any of our sandwiches on it. Bread (with or without gluten) never touches our sandwich station cutting board so cross contamination isn't an issue.
